Empowered Beginnings Doula Support was a dream of mine many years ago that I am fortunate to now see to fruition. I am truly grateful and honored for this opportunity to share this incredible time with you and look forward to meeting you.
I am a Medicaid provider and accept Aetna, Molina, McLaren, Meridian and United Health Care insurance plans.

What is a doula?
A doula is a non-medical trained person that provides evidence based information and resources, emotional and physical support to a birthing person before, during and just after childbirth, even if you have a scheduled C-section, a doula can provide birth support.

My approach-Empowerment, Compassion and Support-I will provide non-judgmental, confidential care and support for all birthing persons and their support persons throughout their pregnancy/birth journey. I am passionate that every birthing person has the support and knowledge needed to have a positive and empowered pregnancy and birth experience and every baby be born at term.
